Orders ~
During our sale, products sell out fast! But don’t despair. If the item you’re looking for is out of stock, keep checking back. We’re always updating and restocking our site with your faves!
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
We’re sorry to hear that your order isn’t complete! Here are the most common reasons why this might happen—and how we’ll fix it:
Split Shipments
Some orders are shipped in multiple packages if items come from different locations or have varying processing times.
Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking links to all parcels.
Out-of-Stock Items
Rarely, an item may sell out after you place your order. If this happens, we’ll:

Packing Error
